Triticom products are sold world-wide by distributors and resellers. Because of the large number of channels from which you may purchase our software, support policies and prices may vary between regions. However, regardless of where end-users purchase our products, we offer free support on the latest version of all products we currently sell. LANdecoder32 and RMONster32 products
sold internationally include the appropriate adapter card(s) necessary to operate the
software. Adapter card vendors change card specifications and capabilities
indiscriminately (without notice or changing their model numbers). To ensure proper
operation of the full functionality of LANdecoder32 or RMONster32, and to obtain
technical support from Triticom, international users must use the adapter card supplied by
Triticom.
