LANdecoder32 Web Browser Report Viewer

wpe1.gif (31862 bytes)

LANdecoder32's Web browser support allows general network health statistics of interest to be saved to Web Export data files. Snapshot Reports collect and record statistics collected over a specified interval. Snapshot Report Web Export data files are saved in Triticom’s own Web-Java Value (WJV) format, which may be viewed using LANdecoder32’s WWW Report Viewer Java applet to view statistics via a Web browser.

Each individual Snapshot Report is associated with a particular table or graph window, and at least one instance of that window must be active in order for the report to be created. Report types that cannot be generated (because no associated window has been created) will be "grayed-out" in the window and thus cannot be selected. Once Snapshot Reports are started, at least one of each window type for which snapshots are enabled must remain open (although it may be minimized). All report types are “grayed-out” on the Web Export tab once Snapshot Reports begin, as no changes may be made to the selected reports until snapshots are stopped.

The Web Output Directory Browse button is used to specify a file directory accessible via your WWW server in which to store the WJV data files.

The following are just a couple of the valuable screens you may see using Triticom's versatile Web browser support for generating network statistic reports:

Main Screen      Traffic Rate per Second (table)     Utilization per Minute (graph)     Conversations
